So I heard about dr Gonzales through my cousin, who know like 4 people who have had their breasts done by him and I decided to check him out. I had originally planned on going to a few consultations with different doctors, but I felt so comfortable with him. He was very patient and explained everything, took his time and answered all my questions. Another thing is the staff there are amazing, they walked me through the entire office and told me about everything they do and where. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in there. So I decided to go for it, I feel that this is the right dr for me. I won't have to be put under, they use local anesthesia so I will be awake which I am more comfortable with, since the last time I had surgery the recovery was awful. I was sick for 2 days from going under. So anyway I am super excited and will be having surgery in 2 weeks. I know that may seem fast but I have been researching this for a long 8 years and I am ready! I want to be a full c/ small d but I wasn't sure what was right for me because of the loose skin from my babies so doc suggested 430cc under the muscle. And I will be able to see them before it's done so I can go bigger or smaller. I'm totally ready????

Yesterday morning was surgery. Everything went great, I was awake but I didn't feel any pain..I am guessing it was sorta like a c section. I ended up with I think 500 cc. I was fine most of the day until the numbness wore off. The pain is pretty bad, which I was expecting. But dang..I can't even use my arms to help me sit up lol I never realized how much I use the muscles around my boobs! The pain meds had me throwing up this morning so I am making sure to eat plenty of food first from now on . I just took my 1st shower and my boobs are huge! Lol they look a little funny but I know thanks to all you ladies that it's just because they are swollen:) so far I am ecstatic with the results, I just want the pain to go away

I have to say that the first 7 days of recovery were pretty bad for me. But half the reason is because I was also having pms which my boobs hurt pretty bad every month because of it. So I had that right along with my augmentation it was awful. Not to mention it's hard not to pick up my 2 year old, I accidentally did twice oops. I decided on the 7th day to get rid of the narcotics because they screwed up my stomach so bad I couldn't deal with it. I was constipated for 5 days!! On the plus side the day I quit the pain meds was the day I felt better:) I still feel sore from time to time. Still get morning boob just not as bad. The girls are getting softer every day. I love them ;)
