Wow. Super awesome your profile says you're "not sure" but I am glad I read through. I am on day 5 I haven't had most of the sensations of pins and needles or such that others have described. Anyway, can't wait to see what things look like in a couple months :-)

I normally workout 3 times a week but I don't eat that great, so I didn't change anything...just let working out 3 times a week.

1st week was bad, 2nd was sore...3rd was pretty much back to normal.

I think it looks great. I am going for a consult the second week of January. Anxious about the pain/swelling, but would love to see those kind of results. I've had a 56lb weight loss and can't get rid of my tummy and love handles!

Oh I'm excited just had the procedure done
I thought it hurt also lol. I had 2 hours done go back to have the other 2 hours the following week.
Love ur results and it makes me so excited!
