Ok, so I lost about 30 pounds in the past year...

Ok, so I lost about 30 pounds in the past year pretty evenly except for a pocket of fat on my lower abdomen when I went for my consultation, the nurse recommend I do my upper and lower just so the end result is even and flat after the three months. I had it done (4 sessions at once -two suction at the upper and two at the lower abdomen) 6 days ago. Let me start by saying that it did hurt. Even after the 7 minutes when it's cold and numb, it is still pretty uncomfortable. Maybe I have a low pain tolerance. So for me, it was 4 sucky hours of being uncomfortable. It was not like "screaming" kind, but it just sucked. So here I am at exactly 7 days later and my stomach is still numb and sore. I know it can take up to a month to see "any" results but I'll be posting weekly before and afters so you can be the judge. I was completely swollen this whole week. Today is the first day I feel like the swelling is "starting" to go away. I went back to working out the day after, FYI. I'm happy to answer any questions.

I am also from Cranston and am thinking of having cool sculpting done as well. I'm thin everywhere except for my stomach. I just can't lose my stomach. I was told I need 8 areas or 4 with the cool max. I'm debating if the $4500 I will be spending will be worth it.

That is a lot of money, I wish I could tell you if it's worth it. I'll keep posting progress pix and reviews each week. If you do get it, I wish you the best of luck!

It's only been two weeks for me and I'm already starting to see a difference. The full result is supposed to be in 3 months, so I can't wait to see it!

I had 8 areas done as well. I'm still waiting to see my results.

Nice! How is it looking so far?

after two weeks the swelling finally went down. The larger applicator I think has more suction and made the swelling worse.
So I don't know if I feel smaller because I really am or if it's because it's an illusion because I was swollen for so long. Lol

So it's been two weeks and I have to say I'm starting to get excited. I think all the swelling is gine. I'm just a little numb still and itchy but that is barely there also. I feel like my two week pic looks "at least a little" flatter. Yayy. Can't wait to see my full 3 month results! I'll keep writing reviews and posting pictures.

Hi everyone. I forgot to post a 3 week progress last week, but here I am at the 4 week mark. My stomach feels much flatter. This is the first week I can say this was definitely worth it! And since the full result takes 3 months, I'm really happy and looking forward to how much it will improve by then! Here is my my 1 month be for and after pic!

Hello..Im also thinking of having coolsculpting done and getting my research in .
About how long do you think the pain lasted post treatment? Because Im planning on going on vacation with my parents to Bahamas but on 26th of Oct and wanted to make sure if I do decide to go through with the procedure ... that I wont be in any pain during my vaca =-)
Thanks so much for any advice you can give !!

If you do it now, I think you should be fine. It's only really sore..the real pain is when those suction cups are on. That was pretty bad. I recommend taking ibuprofen before you have it. The soreness was gone after 1.5-2 weeks...but either way, it's not something that would interfere with a vacation unless your getting strapped in for a ride or zip line or something. I hope this helps!

How long before the pain goes away?

I just had the large one done on my abdomen 4 days ago and the pain is brutal!

It took about 2 weeks for it to go away. I did 800 mg of ibuprofen.

And the earliest you saw any change was at 4 weeks?

I started to see a little after 2 weeks when the swelling was totally gone..but this 4th week is when I started thinking it's definitely worth it.
