2 1/2 year update!

WORTH IT$4,700
Hey ladies! I can’t believe it’s already been 2 1/2 years since my procedure. My breast augmentation has totally changed my life. Let me say, they are not perfect by any means and I plan on getting them re-done but think there may be a chance to add one more child to our tribe so definitely want to wait until after. Having my breasts has given me sooooo much confidence!! Even with the things that aren’t perfect. So what I would change: (1) the scarrring. Because they used preexisting scars (read my other posts) my scars are pretty bad and because they aren’t in the usual spots they aren’t fully hidden. They are okay but still something I’m self conscious about. (2). Unevenness. They definitely aren’t even and though I used to be super self conscious about this, it doesn’t bother me too much. (3) Their position. I’m pretty sure they bottomed out. My nipples sit really high on the implant. Again something that used to bother me a lot but now I’m okay with it. (4) the size. If I were to do over again I would do smaller and not the HP. I have a small frame so this size and HP my boobs are big! Since the surgery my fiancé and I broke up and I’ve re-entered the dating world. Those that I have dated, the question has come up, “are those real” and “they are huge”! I’m petite and wish I would have gone a little bit smaller. I started as a 34aa and ended up a 34d. They are a good size because I can play them down wearing a sports bra or tshirt bra or REALLY play them up with a push up or padded bra. With that said I work a very professional job so I wear lightly padded sports bras 90% of the time to play them down. Oh and random fact, my nipples are always perky/hard and are overly sensitive. They were never sensitive before but now foreplay is hard with them because the smallest friction, sucking or pinch hurts so bad! However, with that said, I’ve decided to get my butt done (scheduled for next month) and hope to even my frame out! Overall though they aren’t perfect they have boosted my confidence 100x and there is nothing I regret. If your on the fence definitely do it!
Ohhh but I don’t think I would go with the same surgeon. I do believe the things I’m unhappy with may not have happened had I had a better surgeon. My first surgeon wouldn’t have gone as big on me (one reason I switched) but looking back I think it’s really because he knew what he was doing and had the bigger picture in mind. Plus the surgeon I chose was a lot cheaper. It’s not always better to go cheaper. With my butt augmentation I’m definitely going with one of the best and paying more than average because I don’t want to skimp this time and end up unhappy. Feel free to ask any questions! And if your thinking of getting your butt done check out my other review.

Hey girl! Love that you created a post recently. Love your results. Would love to see a squish video to see how they move around this far after the procedure. Thanks again for sharing your journey with us here on RS!
Really, really great results!
I'm in Utah as well and I would love to know the surgeon you went with and there other that you had a consult with!
I consulted with Dr. Marion in Lehi and didn’t go with him because he wouldn’t go as big as I wanted. I went with Vincent Surgical Arts. Dr. Vincent. Definitely a good doctor.
Omg I love them! I have an asymmetry issue too but that's just the way we're made lol I'm using your pic a my wish pic! Hopefully mine can look this voluptuous! Your review gave me hope that I can achieve these results even though I have zero breast tissue :) Thanks for sharing your journey!
Awe thank you! If I can go this big, I’m sure you can. I had nothing to work with lol.

Asymmetry update....

So scrolling through my update pics, it's really amazing how much they have changed. they have really changed a lot which I dont notice day to day. But looking at pics from just a couple weeks ago, you can see a difference.
So as for the asymmetry of my nipples. I had thought they had improved, but after comparing a recent pic with one from a couple days post op, I see that the asymmetry is actually more pronounced. But my major concern back then was that my left nipple was appearing high on the implant which now it seems more normal. I never even noticed my nipples were asymmetrical until after surgery lol. Now I look back at pictures and can see it. The implants have definitely exaggerated it and certain angles make it look worse than it is. Pictures really make it look worse than it is too. In person it's hardly noticeable. I'm hoping they will still change in the upcoming weeks and months, but if they don't I'm actually very happy with them just the way they are now (except for needing to tan them).
Anyways updated pics.

You really look fantastic!! We have very similar stats, and I'm hoping mine look like yours. The nipple asymmetry is really not very noticeable, but I know the feeling of picking apart every little potential flaw. :) I'm currently doing the same thinking that I didn't go big enough!!! But just wanted to say you look great!
You look great! Beautiful results!
Hello Darling! You look great!:) How are you doing? Can you Please post more pictures? I am very curious about your results. I hope you are feeling well and asymetry is not bothering you!

3 weeks post op

Can't believe it's been three weeks already!

So I don't feel like much has changed. My left side is definitely my good side. It's been softer since day one. No idea why because it's always been my smaller boob. I expected my right side to be better since it's always been bigger and got bigger thru pregnancy and breastfeeding and was left a little saggy to from being stretched. But turns out my left is much softer and looks bigger. Over the last couple weeks they have really developed a lot more shape too them. More of a fake rounded look. My PS said that this would happen and that overtime as my skin stretched, they would look more natural.

Went to a wedding over the weekend (5 days ago) and we had a lot of fun. Too much fun. Too many drinks and we let loose on the dance floor. I think I may have moved and stretched around a little more than I should. I woke up the next morning sooo very sore. Morning boob and underneath my breasts were sore and still are. The pain I had immediately after surgery around my ribs has returned. It's like a burning sensation whenever pressure is applied to the area or if it's touched. It gets better with each passing day but still feeling it.

Sleeping is a nightmare. I've always been a side sleeper. I can't stand sleeping on my back. My PS said I could sleep on my side if it was comfortable 1 wk after surgery. I try sleeping on my side but my breasts are really sore. It's been hard not able to really cuddle up with my bf and our sex life is suffering. He's a little more moody these days. We were given the green light to have sex from the day after surgery with the advice to just not to cause too much movement with the chest. So we were intimate day after surgery. Then antibiotics caused a yeast infection that lasted about 10 days. We finally tried to resume intimacy and some of our normal positions put too much pressure on my sore chest and others caused my incisions and chest to stretch n it was painful. We had to stop because I was no longer in the mood. I do feel bad for him. He is definitely moody and easily agitated. He's also a boob man so he's constantly wanting to touch and see them as well. Which in a weird way annoys me.

Another thing, as I was massaging the other morning I happened to squeeze my nipple and had 2-3 drops of milk like fluid. Squeezed the other side and got the same thing. Anytime I squeeze them I get a couple drops. From what I've read some women start lactating a little bit and it should subside in a few weeks.

Lastly, I went to the grocery store after work and noticed I was getting a lot more looks and stares from men. Felt so weird. Even with my 4 little boys following behind. I was a little amazed. Lol.

Are your nipples starting to even out? I am worried about mine looking a little off due to asymmetry too. Any update pics of what they look like now would be great! Going into surgery the 29th:)
I feel like they have evened out a little bit but they are definitely still asymmetrical. From what I've read and seen, implants exaggerate asymmetry. In pictures my right looks bigger but in person my left is actually bigger and softer (my opinion and opinion of others). I'm just trying not to worry too much for a couple more months and hope they even out a little more. I never realized I was asymmetrical before surgery lol. It wasn't until after i noticed. I panicked at first thinking one side had bottomed out or that the PS had placed them weird but now looking at my before pics I see I was asymmetrical. I would definitely discuss with your PS your concern and see if there is anything they can do to help make it less noticeable. If I would have known i would have brought it up ;) good luck with your surgery! It's definitely worth it.
