- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

My family lives in Costa Rica, so all transportation, appointments, post surgery care were easy enough to arrange myself. All of my communication was done by phone or email with the office.
