First treatment, 02/07/2015:
Made appointment after reviewing both CSA and Dr. Freeze in the CostaMesa area of Southern California. CSA was offering a buy one get one free rear entrance plan. Dr. Freeze was offering a $600.00 per area treatment plan. Went to CSA and price plan changed from $600 to $800 to $1000 depending on size of applicator. Marketing gimmick, if you ask me. The buy one, get one free seemed the best deal out of the two and the attendants were very attentive and professional. I wanted the lower ab and flanks treated but the LVN suggested the upper abs and I went with her professional opinion as the expert in this new science of treatment of "fat". I paid $2,000 for the two treatments with the larger applicator with a credit of a second treatment free of charge. 2 hour process, one large applicator per side for one hour each.
Second treatment, 02/27/2015
Came back today to complete the work on my flanks and lower abdominal area. I found out during the appointment that the "buy one area get one free" is only for a return visit in the same area previously treated. Today's total spent at CSA is now at $5200. With $5,200 credit on the same areas to retreat. Ugh! the confusion with all the promotions out there and the lines of communication on what an area of treatment is or is not. I'm sure by the end of all this I will still need something else the credit I'm carrying over will not cover. But I'm hopeful still this will all come together at the end. Now I wait six weeks for a revisit to retreat the areas previously treated. Star rating is still only based on the kindness of the staff not effectiveness of cool sculpting. 2 hour process, two small applicator per side for one hour each.

Second round of treatment completed 4/3/2015
Today I had the second round of treatment on abdominal area and flanks(love handles). I did notice a change in my upper abdomin after the four week mark. I have not really seen any change in the flanks. Now I wait for three months, as I am told is the maximum time to see full results. I'm a 47 year old male, 5'10" and 200 lbs.. The pictures are from the second treatment and 6 hours after procedure. I am swollen and sore.
The staff continue to be top notch. Brittney and Heather made me feel very comfortable. Especially, since it was not easy for me to even think about moving forward with such an endeavor. Male ego thing.

LVN at CSA
Very comforting and knowledgable LVN and site manager. Knew the product and did not rush me around when I went for my appointment. My current rating is on personalities of those individuals running the office only. Must wait eight to twelve weeks to see full results. Will update as time marches on and when second treatments are completed.
