Hey everyone! My name is Arielle and I am 21 years...

Hey everyone! My name is Arielle and I am 21 years old. I've always been self-conscious about my small boobs, so I've been wanting to get mine done since I was 14. I work as a model in Southern California so I also did this for my career. I am 5'8",125 pounds (now 130 post-op), and pre-op I was a small 34B and post-op I am a 32DD.

I decided on using Dr. Mirrafatti because my friend had her BA done by him and hers turned out perfect! So in January I set up a consultation and he seemed super nice and definitely made me feel comfortable. I told him I wanted to set up my surgery day for 3 months from that time so I could workout, eat super healthy, and get to my goal body before my surgery.

2 months later and 20 pounds down, I went in for my pre-op to decide on a size and get blood tests done. I tried on the different implant sizes like 20 times probably haha and I ended up choosing 450cc silicone. But a few days later and after reading a lot of posts I called the office and made another appointment to come in so I could make sure because I felt like that would be too big. I ended up changing it to 400cc's and sticking with that (now I wish I stuck with the 450's though, so ALWAYS GO BIGGER!!!!)

The entire week prior to surgery I was preparing my house like a new mother would lol. I made sure everything was super clean, all of my laundry was done, I bought foods I thought I would want and that would be easy to open and set all of the food I would need on the counter instead of in the cabinets so I wouldn't have to reach up at all. I also bought a pillow that sits upright so I could sleep in a reclined position (I recommend this pillow to everyone).

April 25th was my surgery day! I was so excited! I showed up wearing sweatpants, a zip-up sweatshirt, and I brought fuzzy socks. They brought me into the first room where they had me change into the gown, hair net, and foot covers and then took pictures and the doctor drew all of the lines on me. Then he asked if I was ready and I told him "I've been ready for years!". So we walked into the operating room and I laid on the table with my arms out wide. They put these weird things on my legs that squeeze them the whole time kind of like a blood pressure machine. The only part I was scared of about this whole thing was the IV. I'm TERRIFIED of needles. But the nurse injected me with a small needle first to numb that area and then put the IV in so I could barely feel it. I remember them talking to me about modeling and before I knew it I was passed out.

When I woke up I was still laying on the operating bed but it was rolled out into the hallway. They put me in a wheelchair and rolled me out to my car and my boyfriend drove me home. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting, the bumps in the road only sucked a little bit haha.

When I got home I felt like I was in a lot of pain, but I felt a million times better when I took the vicodin. Let me tell you girls what the absolute worst part of this whole thing was; sitting up for the first few days. So painful right below your boobs. Other than that I had a great experience and I healed really fast! The vicodin made me fall asleep a lot the whole first week (I was probably sleeping like 18 hours a day). Oh and the first shower you take when you're finally allowed to- feels really weird and is kind of hard to wash your hair.

I love looking at my new boobs haha and trying on bikinis isn't a drag anymore!I've already been offered A LOT more modeling jobs since getting my new twins! I recommend this to anyone with small boobs because it made my self esteem skyrocket. I love love love them!

Here are my details:
