Small 32B to 32DD; 350cc HP Saline. Tight Skin

So I've uploaded comparison pictures for reference. While I fit into the 32D, I'm slightly busting out of it. I fit more comfortably in the 32DD. I'm always astonished at how huge my bra looks when I go to pick it up. I am 5 weeks post guys! I know I wasn't supposed to shop until 6 weeks or 2 months, but I'm not prone to swelling-ever- so I think I'm safe. My swelling was pretty much gone by week 1, possibly day 4-5. Now it's just the dropping into place! My skin doesn't feel tight but I know it is, and I can see the skin between my breasts turn white if I sit up straight or raise my arms to the side. I need to figure out a way to stretch my skin out... The swelling would have helped, but I don't stay swollen for long...

Sorry, it's been a bit since I've updated. They are starting to soften up a bit, and can be moved and squished together now. I'm hoping I still have a long way to go, because they only move when I touch them, but for now it's a start!
Even though I'm a bit farther now, I'm posting some pics from 3weeks and 4 weeks post. Also, I don't think I ever showed from the side. You can definitely tell they are strange looking from the side.
From the front they look decent as of now, but judging from the side I have several more months of moving to do!
I currently fit into a 32DD at VS. While I technically -can- fit into a 32D, it only covers the bare minimum (a little past my nipple and that's it). I'm very happy with my size, I can't wait for when they look more normal and natural. I'll try and update with more pics, both bare and in my different bra sizes. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

You look great. They're still high but you have a really nice natural shape going for you. Can't wait to see the final result!

Congratulations! Your results look gorgeous already!!! If you don't mind me asking what are your stats! I am 5'3" 107 lb and plan to get 339 cc in less than 3 weeks!!!
How exciting! At pre op I was 5'4 and 110. I haven't since weighed myself. I got 350cc HP saline unders. I doubt I will regret my decision, but depending on their final position I may wish that I had gone with 425cc mod + for a more natural shape.
How are they looking now ? My date is probably going to be in may if not April
They are higher than I'd like them, but I should have known this because my chest was always more perky and "up".
I wish I went with a different doctor. He was rather rushed and dismissive. He lowered one side and left the other, so my under crease is uneven. It annoys me.
I'm not appalled by them, but I don't love them either. Hahah I'm sorry it's not more encouraging...
Haha I understand we have an idea in our head of what we want... my ps and nurse is trying to push like 250.... and I'm a small A , and if I'm paying 6k for this I want it to be worth it u know. I think yours are beautiful, they still have more time to drop too
Can I ask what you breast width was before ? I'm an 11

Sadly, it's been over a year and they stopped dropping after 8 months. It was the doctor's laziness.

Hey guys, so it's been over a week and I feel almost 100%. I had a pretty easy recovery, the hardest thing for me was not doing anything myself. I'm still having issues with taking it easy and not stressing my body out! I developed a mondor's cord in my right arm which hurts when I lift it, but it isn't exceedingly painful. Now just to wait for them to drop! Ugh. I also hope they end up settling a little closer. I got HP 350cc.

U they look amazing injoyed reading ur story I'm in tha being stages of getting started for mine ur Journal of yours was very helpful to me to read. Do you feel like you made the right decision on the size that you want? we are the same measurements except for I'm a little more heavier than you so I was wondering if that would be a good size for myself cuz I do like the way yours look!
So far, I do believe I like the size it's slightly hard to tell as they are riding very high still. I was debating between 325 and 350, and as of now, I'm pleased with my decision to do 350. The only thing I'm wondering is if I should have gone with mod+ instead of HP. I started off with very perky breasts and my upper pole measured larger than my breast itself! I'm not sure if that's normal for other women. I think I may end up a 32D. I can't wait for the extreme upper pole fullness to go away!
