Tomorrow is 1 month of my surgery day

i think the swelling has gone down now and looks more natural . Can't wait to Stop wearing my surgical bra for good when I see the doctor on Monday if he gives me the ok . Here's some pics, but excuse the redness. I'm using waterproof bandages to not get them wet, but my skin is very sensitive to bandages so I can't wait until I stop using it to use cream to heal the redness

Thank you! I'll post more pics soon of what they look like now. I really was afraid they would be too small as well. I wanted 450 or 475, but he ended up putting only 440 high profile which is fine! I think they look bigger in person as well! And it dt felt that that was safe for me with out causing complications of they're too big. I'm 5'4 115 pounds right now and I don't want rippling if it's too big or look funny because it's too big on my frame. I think you should trust your dr. You don't ever want to have regrets. Bigger doesn't always look better.

Hi guys been so busy and trying recover. It's been 11 days days my surgury and I feeling much better, but a little pain still. Dr. Pousti put 440cc silicone and I love them!!! It's still swollen and since it was under the muscle I just hope they don't shrink much. I have a front and side view.

You look BEAUTIFUL! Dr. Pousti gave you an awesome result and you are so early on in your recovery period. Congrats! Also, I don't they'll shrink at all. Going under the muscle does not make your breasts shrink in the slightest. I keep reading this from other ladies as well ... saying 50cc usually disappears when going under the muscle. I never heard of such a thing. I believe it to be a fallacy. I have 305cc implants under the muscle and I am still 305cc today and will be 305cc next Spring. You look great. Hope your pain subsides soon. Rest well.

Thank you! got high profile. dr. Pousti decides what's best for you, not really on what you want because your chest wall and frame may not look the same for the look your going for. Show your dr pics of what you want to look like :) I wanted 450cc, but he ended up putting 440cc because he think it is probably too big for my frane and will cause complication, but I am so happy with the size! I hope you acheive the size and look your going for! ;)
