3 weeks post op - Tried on a bikini
WORTH IT$5,700
This has lifted my spirits slightly as for the first time in my life I have a flat stomach! Really struggling with wearing the suit all the time even now I have hit 3 weeks I only have to wear it 12 hours a day but then when I put it back on its torture. These next 3 weeks really can't be over quick enough.
I find myself now picking at other parts I need to change now, the outside of my legs might be the next op.

Nearly 3 weeks post op
So in 2 days I will be 3 weeks post op I don't think visually other than the bruising looking better that I have changed much since my first week photos. I was joping that there was some swelling in the lower abdomen to go down but seen as though ot hasn't changed I guess not. Ive got a lump under the skim on each flank which I am trying to massage out but again it hasn't changed since week one. I am starting to feel deflated that this is it my end result. I know it looks better than before the op but you spend so much money on this it cost me nearly $8000 aud and I had a week off work then all the afternoons off work unpaid for the massages. Not to mention the pain and discomfort you go through mentally and physically. I guess I expected more.

It's hard not to feel a bit down, I think it's part of the process. I have to give myself a stern talking too often, as I get a bit annoyed with all the money and discomfort and start nit picking. But I do know when I look at my before pics the changes are amazing, I also feel like everyone is judging my outcomes sometimes but maybe that's myself. I think we just have to be happy with improvement and not expect perfection
Your results are by the way, amazing!
And the swelling will still go down for another (at least) 4-6 weeks :) so hang in there, wear your compression garment as much as possible
Your results are awesome and you have only just hit the 3 week mark. Daiya did say at my consult that swelling can be there for 3 mths but improving all the time 90% of end resultby 6mths you've come so when feeling down look at your before photos I've read that helps. How are your massages going? How many a week do you have? At the three week mark does that mean you can wear your CG half time now
Hey I can say with honesty that you will notice improvements as the weeks go by and as the others say, it is said in most that I've read results will be 6 mths and plus! So we all need to be patient and just keep a look at our pre op pics... Just to remind our selfs . I keep trying on my work trousers that I now am able to pull them down done up!!!! I've dropped 5 inches around my waist!! I'm ecstatic as well as still very sore!! Keep spirits up!

Wow you look amazing! Thanks for posting pics :)
I hope you continue to keep us posted on everything.
Your results look awesome I'm having my vaser by the same doctor in June so it is great to have read your review and see your photos. I really hadn't read anything on the tape so that's freaking me out a bit. How are your massages going? Do they hurt/feel uncomfortable? Again great results
Don't let the tape part freak you out just imagine having tape secured on your skin for a week and having to rip it off. Its going to be hard and uncomfortable just use baby oil it makes it so much easier. He is s great doctor so you will be in good hands. The massages don't hurt its just tender because of the bruising but I find after the massage I feel so much better. So they are really worth it. Good luck for june I promise you will love your results!
Any updated stats on your size post-op?
