Never Received my Guard

I’m responding to your response I never received my night guards I Never received proof of anything nor a copy of my contract I wrote a 20,000 check and my teeth was fixed they actually look nice and I was put on the back burner after I left I Never received my guards ever time I’ve called I’m put on hold for a long time and no one returns to the phone or they just don’t answer I finally spoke to some lady whom mentioned that she has to contact the lab and she’ll call me back she never returned my call then I waited a month an called back it was hard to get someone on the phone then I called from a different number and the same lady answered and told me that the night guards were sent out and I should have gotten them I told her I have my mail going to my phone and I Never received anything nor mail from Perfect Smile then she told me there’s nothing that they can do because it was sent to me they should be ashamed of there business because why would a person lie about receiving a guard from them even though it cost 300 an something dollars I paid 20,000 it was written in a check I don’t like doing bad business but if I don’t receive my guards I’m gonna have to let my bank know that my services weren’t completed and dispute the check it’s crazy because I traveled from California all the way to Florida and they been giving me the run around all I want is my guards whomever is reading this please don’t allow this place to beat you guys there business is really bad and i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone everything about this place is bad I’ll be contacting the better business bureau as well sincerely Linda Chaney
