So 12 months have passed and I am very happy with the results. I am aware that the mid section and crown is still a little thin in areas and has less coverage however this was anticipated and Dr Acar said I would need a second transplant if he were to focus on the hair line and front section. I cannot fault my new hairline (which he also lowered by about a quarter of an inch) and has now framed my face. It's thick and I can style it well.
Out of natural light you cannot even see the gaps and spaces on the top which i have also added photos of.
I shall be returning for my second transplant this December ad hopefully I can have enough thickness on top. Looks like I'll be reviewing again in a years time ;)

The 1 year Update will be at the end of January when I will have to take photos and send to the clinic .i will post them here also.
Great! How is the crown?
The crown needs more work done to it. This is only because there was least coverage there out of the 4000 grafts I had. It’s not bald but it’s thin. I wanted full density coverage on the frontal part as this is the part that frames the face. No one really gives much of a crap about the crown but I will have another transplant I reckon in the next 2 years to get full coverage on the top. I will also offer beard hair this time to make it a 5000 graft. I didn’t opt for beard hair in my last transplant as my beard is ginge ;) but next time I don’t care and gonna do it

I have some questions that I hope you can answer. So first they extract all hairs from donor area and then do the incision, and then put the grafts back in? is the hair grafts sitting there for more than an hour? I've read that it shouldn't be outside for too long as the success rate for regrowth drops significantly. Also how fast do they put the hair grafts back in, wouldn't some of the incision on the scalp be healing up before they put the last portion of grafts back in? Thanks for the awesome review.
Hi, to be honest , when your bed is numb and you the face down and under sedatives You do not know the exact procedures and what is going on around you,it’s impossible to see. You’d have to ask the hair clinic
