After 3 kids and having lost 50 pounds I was tired of my saggy skin around my belly. I contemplated it a lot and finally made the decision to have a mommy make over. Dr. Castaneda was the plastic surgeon for my mom and sister and he did an awesome job with them so I had complete faith in him and was not disappointed. His bedside manner is excellent and he made me feel more at ease. The results are phenomenal and I am extremely happy with the way I look now. Thanks to Dr. Castañesa and all of the staff at COSMED. I had a breast lift/implants, extended tummy tuck, lipo and fat transfer. And I would not hesitate to go back to him, and recommend him to anyone I know :)
