I had always wanted to get the excess skin on my upper arms removed after significant weight loss almost ten years ago. I was in Dr. Robert Kessler's office and he had another patient in for a one-week post op appointment. She was gracious enough to let me view the healing surgical repair. It was amazing! And it definitely sold me on both the operation and the choice of Dr. Robert Kessler as my surgeon. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Thanks so much for sharing your opinion about your doctor.

I would love to add your experience to the Arm Lift community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with your procedure/treatment. I suggest adding pros and cons and/or before and after photos - optional of course, so that other community members can use your review as a guide through their journey.

Looking forward to your response so I can add your review to the Arm Lift community.

Pro's: Excellent office staff, fair pricing, good availability for follow-up care and concerns. Minimal discomfort in recovery, manageable swelling. Very important to wear the garments provided for the post-op time-frame. I am currently five weeks post-op and Dr. Kessler suggested I wear it for an additional week. There is minimal swelling at this point, but I want to do everything I can to ensure a perfect recovery. Cons: Restricted mobility for at least three weeks post op. Important you have friends/family around to assist with lifting and picking things up. Once the drains are removed, about 5 days post-op, you can do self-care very independently, but other areas of life still require assistance (groceries, etc).
