2019 update

Hello RS world! I am so torn on what goal weight i should shoot for. As of today I'm down 60lbs total and I feel better than I've ever felt. I need to address things like my flat ass and arms, which I am doing, since 12/30. Other than my arms I dont really have loose skin. This new year is bringing many changes that I need tk adjust to and deal with prior to committingto anything else for myself. That is not to say that I wont a dress i just have to prioritize. But my first update of the year:
HW 234
SW 221
CW 174
GW ???
My year is coming up bbn in March and i look forward to seeing how much weight is lost in a year.

Weigh in

Today at weigh in I'm 175lbs, 10lbs away from my adjusted goal weight and 59lbs dow. From SW back in March. I'm now snugly wearing a size 10 pants, L top. I'm losing 3-4lbs a month. My eating habits have remained pretty much the same since I resumed eating human food. The missing piece is exercising. I've started doing arm exercises and I hope to stick to them cause the last thing I wanna do is end up having more surgery for arm lift. Not sure I'll ever be emotionally ready for tummy tuck (long story). As you can see in picture, my ass is non existent, but I'd rather have that along with stomach gone over having both. I'm down to minus over 60% of my excess weight. Once I reach goal weight next year I'll be at over 80% EWL. Im so loving this. Goal for next few months is get my arms firm.

Month 9 picture update

These are pics from this morning. And I hadn't realized my goal weight is adjusted to 165 so I'm 11lbs away!!!! The weight loss is down to 2lbs per month, if that, but I'm super happy. My BMI still is overweight, but I've honestly never felt better or healthier in my life.

Provider Review

Board Certified General Surgeon
1902 Fullerton Ave., Corona, California

So far, I have only met him once. I got the price and more information from one of his staff however, I wanted to meet and chat with him, so that I could feel him out. I must say that I was not disappointed. It was really brief but it was not a consultation. Prior to today I've met 3 other surgeons. The first medical group I felt "MEH" about. The second talked smack about the first, super tacky and unprofessional so you lost my business before you had it. The third doctor, I TOTALLY loved, he was very detailed, meticulous and detailed BUT the price was just super unrealistic. I got a really good feeling about Dr. Sedrak and I like his staff, so far they've been responsive. I was totally ready to pay for half the procedure today but unbeknownst to me I have to be medically cleared by my PCP at Kaiser- which KP totally sucks regarding Bariatrics. My BMI has to be over 100 and I have to be as big as a house in order for them to put me on a diet and maybe see if they'll operate on me. So much for prevention! I should be receiving the order of stuff I need from PCP shortly then we'll get this rolling. I am hoping for mid February. I have struggled with weight my whole life long, this has been a very long time coming. I will post more as I make more progress.
