Still very satisfied with my results. If I had the time, I would probably go bigger. I recently lost some weight which has made me feel better about my body. Here are some updated photos. Hope this helps someone. I am 125lbs, 520ccs silicone, under muscle. Incisions under breasts in crease. My height is 5’3”. If you’re debating size, go bigger!
The incisions are very hard to see. They do not feel like implants at all.

You look incredible! I love, love how your size turned out. I'm 5'3", 120 lbs athletic, and 14.5 BWD. I'm planning on doing submuscular gel silicone... moderate for 400 range and high profile for 500 range. I hope whatever I pick between 490cc and 595cc will turn out as well as yours did!
Your review gives me hope!! I am 5'4, 130lbs, 32D before surgery. I am post op day 2 and I got 520cc's and they seem HUGE!! I am wishing that they can become smaller soon! However, your boobs look great and I'm hoping mine will look similar to your out come.
I got 520cc just last week and I was 125 during post op. I’m 134 now and I was feeling depressed and thinking it’s too big. But seeing your post gives me hopes! I really hope mine turns out similar to yours!

2 year update

So I am 2 years out now and still very satisfied with my results. They can feel a little heavy when I run but nothing a good sports bra can’t make more comfortable. I get compliments from women I know all the time. My scars are so faded now you can barely tell they are implants! They were for sure worth the investment and I always encourage the women I know to do what will make them feel happy with themselves.

Thanks so much for posting a two year update! That is really hard to find on here. I love the look of 500cc initially but I can never tell how they will hold up (literally lol) after a couple of years. You look great!
