Yes. The procedure is painful! But the doctor was very courteous, and considerate. The room where I had my procedure done was super clean! The nuses were amazing (than you Ashley, Susan, and I am sorry I am forgetting 2 more). I do not have a drain the doc said I did not need one. Got a message right after the procedure on my abdomen and back. I will up date mor tomorrow but here are some pics. Oh by the way does anybody know of a place to buy good quality garments, I really do not like this one.

Hello everybody! First of all I want to thank all of you for posting your reviews! All of your information and comments have given me that extra push I needed to get this procedure done :) I am a mother of 2 amazing boys, 5 years old and an 11 month old. I am 26 years old, 5'5, I weighed 230lbs and went down to 190lbs for this procedure. My current measurements are 38',44',44 (waist, hips, butt). I have a squarish body type. I am getting my surgery done by Dr. Troell at Estrella Aesthetics. So far everybody has been really welcoming, nice, and informative. My costs include the garment, blood work, massages, and I believe it is 5 post op visits, and a vaser procedure. They are harvesting fat from my flanks, stomach, back, and inner thighs. My surgery is on September 2nd, in 3 days!!! I am excited and nervous. I went to Walmart and bought the necessities on the "What to buy before your BBL" list created by all of you (http://www.realself.com/guide/brazilian-butt-lift-preparation-guide). I will update all of you hopefully Tuesday after my surgery :) wish me luck ladies!!!!!

Good LUCK!!!!! I am having mine the same day as U. Know your nervous - and the time is flying........ yet not. Your pre pictures look similiar to what mine look like (no, have not uploaded mine). Life, gravity, children, and life again. Our proporations are even similar - whereas I am 5'8" at 200lbs. measurements pretty much similar - in terms of waist to hips not much difference. bottom Line, I know how U feel when looking at yourself in mirror or trying on clothes. Keep in touch - we will be healing during the same timeframe. :D

I had to be at hospital at 0630AM - procedure started at 0830 (I think - was out by 0825). Was so nervous my blood pressure was WAY high. It took over 3 hrs (someone said 4?). gosh, also have this 'thing' (forgot what they call it) hanging from back to allow for fluid to run out. So, no shower until next week after see doctor.
Hurts less than thought - it burns. walking (shoveling) like right after having a child and slowly. but, I am up and around for 30 minute increments. lay down for an hour (not comfortable) LOL
still so puffy - but, it does look like i have something sticky out from back there LOL
Let me know how U are doing - I can send U a before (privately?-maybe via realself email?)
