I am now four weeks po, I am feeling back to normal and good in myself, I am still swollen and don't feel like it's going down. I only have to wear my compression garment for 4-5 now and it feels weird without it. I just want it to be completely flat lol but am happy with my results so far. I am looking forward to going back to the gym :-)

I had my tummy tuck 16 days ago in Poland. So far all has gone well. Have hardly had any pain just found it uncomfortable sleeping in the beginning. Have had no after care so thank god I have this site to guide me had my stitches out at my local GP surgery she said everything looked fine and the scar is looking good.

Dr andrej didn't speak much English I had a lovely women called Nina translating. He was very professional and the clinic was amazing and I was looked after very well on my overnight stay and had no pain.
