37 Year Old, Lost Volume in Face After Losing 40 Lbs

I worked really hard to get back into shape. I have my abs back and totally ripped muscles. Went from size 8 to size 0, but with muscles. The problem is, while my body looks 25, my face aged due to weight loss. I had major vertical wrinkles/lines while smiling and felt like I aged myself- especially while smiling. I was recommended from Elisa Stressen PA in aesthetics/anti aging medicine that Sculptra could help me bring back some lost collagen, while still looking natural. I was a bit scared and worried to have chipmunk cheeks. After doing some more research and having her do my Botox/dyspeptic for over 5 years, I finally said yes today. First, she applied topical numbing cream. The sculptra was diluted 24 hours + ago. Today, she mixed the sculptra with lidocaine and injected into sub q layer in a fanning like motion. It was painless. Immediately, my lines while smiling were gone, however she told me this was temporary because of all the fluid injected. No bleeding, no bruising yet, and I'm still a bit numb. I was instructed to massage 5 minutes x 5 times a day for 5 days. It's my understanding the real results don't start for several weeks and I will probably need one more vial to achieve desired results. I will keep updating results.

No pain, I think the local anesthetic has worn off. Feeling a bit plump from fluids injected.
