HI - Am a 51 year old female - lost approx 50 lbs. and had excess neck skin and sagging lower face skin to deal with. After much online research, consulted with Dr. Levens in Coral Springs. Felt confident about his abilities but nervous about the procedure itself. Did not want the "windblown" look or the Jack Nicholson as "The Joker" look. Results are above and beyond what I expected! I am SOOOOO happy and I am a very particular gal ;o) My husband says I look 20 years younger...I feel so much more confident and happy :o) . It really has made a difference in my overall sense of well-being because I feel like myself again :o) The neck looks youthful and completely natural. All "scars" are hidden. My lower face looks fantastic - used to have a lower lip sagging down and jowels - now no more but all looks natural - not at all crazy, overly tight which was my fear... I would recommend Dr. Levens, Coral Springs Surgical Center, and his staff to anyone thinking of having either procedure. Healing goes according to schedule - after two weeks you could return to work - I would not recommend it though if you can ... your neck muscles are still tender and you might get some headaches, etc. I waited three weeks and was happy I did. It's now a month since my surgery and I'm doing everything I did before - am an active person - gym, cycling, weights, snorkeling, etc. I'm being careful - but overall - resuming activities and extremely pleased with this surgery. It's one of the best decisions I've made in my life! Am considering a mini-tummy tuck with Dr. Levens, too... Good luck to anyone who considers this surgery and Thank You Dr. Levens! :o)

Dr. Levens is professional, personable and patient. He listens carefully and does not push any procedure or preferences. He lets you know about all options and has several consults with you before the actual surgery. He is an MIT grad as well as an extremely capable, experienced, and skilled plastic surgeon. He will answer any questions happily and promptly. His surgical talents and ability are superb. He is excellent. I would recommend to anyone.
