Bringing Sexy Back @45 - Coral Springs, FL

Hey Dolls, it’s been 2 years since my last update. I’ve been really busy, I just wanted to keep that enthusiastic energy in those of you have are a bit confused on whether to get this procedure done. I say GO FOR IT!!! It’s been 4 years since my tt and 2 years since breast implants. Within this year I just started getting back full sensation on my belly and within 1 year after breast surgery full sensation was back. I’m still loving my body. Money well spent! I still keep a waist trainer on when home cleaning or just sitting around. I do very little exercise ( I really try hard to but exhausted after work. im not dieting but have a life style diet... meaning Majority of the time I don’t eat or add extra sugar in my diet, little rice & no juice cut off eating time is 6:00p.m. If I’m going out to a late dinner I try to eat no later than 8 p.m. my go-to brinks are Bai juice , essentials water & Zico coconut water. On my cheat days I Will splurge on cake & pizza my weakness. The body will tell you when it needs sweet. Overall I think I’m doing great for 4 years later. No plans on touching up anything. Dr. LEVENS did an amazing job!!

Hello Dolls, I'm giving a 1 year update on my mommy make over. All is still good, I'm loving my results with my breast & tummy although at times I feel like I could have gone just a little bit better with my implants. I have 350cc I probably should have gone with 450cc. It's been a year & a half getting my breast augmentation done and 2 years having umbilical hernia, muscle repair & abdominoplasty done. Ive still managed to maintain my weight which is 120lbs with very little exercise. When Im home doing house chores I do have an waist trainer on. Previously I spoke about my dog ear on my left side of my tummy well lets just say it's stubborn. I had (2) revisions done last year and it did not get any better. I will try again maybe in the up coming year. Other than that I'm great.

Hello ladies, so my surgery was a success yesterday everything went great. I got to the surgerical center 6:30 am did my paper work, then went in for prepping. Let me just tell you, the staff at coral springs surgical center is amazing they made me feel so comfortable I didn't wanna go home. Lol. My doctor came in but 7:45 am man..... you should see how sharp my doctor was dressed looking GQ. I had to ask was he ready for surgery. This man is too smooth and full of confidence which is a great thing. Anyway he went over some last minute details with me then the Anesthesiologist came in did there thing and I was out. I think the whole Procedure Took 2 1/2 hours. Dr. Levens gave me 350cc silicone. I woke up feeling very little pain just tighten on the chest like someone was sitting on your chest. I havent seen them yet but im sure there great. I wasn't able to update you all yesterday cause of Soreness & all the medication I just wanted to sleep. today (day1) is alot better I've been taking my med 15 min before the time and that seem to help. But still very sore. Ok, I'm getting tired until next time.
