32 Y/o Previous Reduction. Now Lift and Implants. Coral Springs, FL

So I had a reduction in 2007.... I had one child and my breast was a size 36ddd. Now I have three kids and they are a small C cup and a title saggy. I had two consultations. One at Strax which they are going to give me a full lift and implants. I am so worried about getting the same scars cut open again.
The next consultation was with the doc that did the reduction. I feel so comfortable with him and his staff. He is charging a little more and only suggest a partial lift because I am not that saggy. So at this point I don't know what to do. The previous ps had about two bad review and a hand full of good one. Obviously he ain't as busy as Strax. The doc at Strax had al great reviews and is cheaper! Please help me decided. I don't want to loose my date because my job already approved my time of for those dates?

Previously I was gonna let Dr Bass at Strax do my procedure.. Why he was cheaper and putting me completely under anesthesia.... But then I went to Dr Phillips and he would remove my scar (he did my reduction) instead of a full lift and cutting me in a anchor incision again... He will go through the nipple.. My breast are not that saggy... He gave me a discount (previous patient) and he didnt rush me like strax did.. I had a list of questions and he took his time and answered each one... He made me feel at home. Plus I have been in his care before, referred patients to him and he did a great job.
My only worries now is saline or silicone???
And hoping I don't wake up in the middle of surgery... Twilight!
But I am ready... 8 more weeks. Hubby is excited also.

So today I am at my PCP office getting a prescription so I can have my mammogram done... PS ordered one before surgery. I will come back on November 22 to do the rest of my preop...
