Office Review: Very Unprofessional

I first called this place back in September. I was told I would be contacted back by a coordinator. Well that never happened. I had to actually call them back and tell them I wasn’t interested in meeting with the doctor. Then his assistant called me same day go figure. I explained my situation in which she told me I needed to get an ultrasound. I finally went to my doctors a few weeks ago and my doctor refused to give me a referral for an ultrasound in which I don’t think I need anyway. So I called the assistant/coordinator back to tell her that I can’t get an ultrasound she then advises me she will talk to the doctor and call me back in a few days Tuesday November 27th to be exact. Well guess what no call back big surprise so I called back I was told my a man that she was out sick that she would call you back tomorrow. Well guess what no phone call back. I then get an yesterday only after I commented on an Instagram picture saying sorry but you need an ultrasound can’t help you came back when you have one. This place is extremely unprofessional to not even get a call back instead I get an email how rude. If this is how they treat patients then I’m glad I didn’t give my money I just got a loan for to pay for the surgery. I see his work is subpar anyway good luck with them
