After researching every doctor in Miami and reading tons of reviews I finally found the Dr. for me!!! I'm very excited, nervous. I have a loving husband 4 kids however this tummy is not cute at all.... I'm in my ealry 30s and I want to feel sexy and beautiful not only in my clothes but out as well.

I did a pre-op and post op vitamin that I bought from a website called helpmeheal.com and I think that helped a lot and definitely do lymphatic massage also a huge help! You can also check out my review I have a lot of different things I used as well as the address to a really nice faja store in Miami! Can't wait to follow the rest of your journey!

I was very nervous when I was going to have surgery but Dr Careaga was like what exactly are you nervous about and I told him what I was scared about and he just calmly made that all go away and I knew without a doubt he was the one!

I just had a TT on friday 13th in Tampa. Oh my goodness I love it, nice and flat. I had 8' of skin removed and no dog ears. I was feeling good at 3 days. I love my surgeon Im going back to get a BBL with him.. Good luck on your journey. Make sure you get Experal.. A 72 hour pain free tummy tuck...

Welcome to the flat side. You will be sore for about 3 days. I'm not sure about the pain. I didnot have pain. My doctor gave me Exparel which is a Injection that last for 72 hours. Pain free. Get some rest.. You did it. Once again welcome to the flat side...speedy recovery ;)

So today was the day I made my final payment.... 12 days and counting. I was given my prescriptions as well as lab work done. I also need to start using hibiclens which is a skin cleanser and a antiseptic. I was told to use a woman's multi vitamin and to continue drinking lots of water. I use a hair, nails and skin vitamin but was told to stop using that.
