I had always wanted to get my nose done but was hesitant due to the doctors I had seen and stories I had heard. I met with Dr. Ghersi and felt so confident and comfortable that I booked my surgery the same day. I cannot think of one negative for the entire experience. He was incredible, his staff was friendly and reliable, and the environment was perfect.. Every individual I came in contact with was a pleasure to speak with, the phone is always answered during business hours, and there is even an operator by the phone at all hours of the night in case a patient needs anything. I had absolutely no pain post surgery (not exaggerating), and I can honestly say that my only regret is not having found Dr. Ghersi sooner. THE RESULTS: I cannot believe this is my nose. I am ecstatic. It is exactly what I wanted to a T, and it looks 100% natural. Its been only two weeks since my surgery, I'm still a swollen, and I already cannot stop staring at myself in the mirror. It is absolutely perfect and everything I ever wanted.

I’m going for a consultation in May. Reading this makes me feel hopeful.
I've consulted with him and have a date set! I am super nervous but also, I'm still indecisive. I have and ethnic nose and sometimes his work kind looks a little to subtle. I don't want to look overworked/fake but I also dont want to stare back at the same nose . What do think? What are your concerns?
I am going in May for a consultation for revision surgery. I had a previous rhinoplasty that left me with an asymmetrical nose. My nose is wide, and I have thick skin. Did you do a 3D imaging with him? What kind of vibe did you get from him?
I didnt get a in person consultation, I got an virtual consult bc I'm in CT. I know that before surgery I am to do a pre-op consult where we discuss more in depth and he will do renderings. I would definitely talk to a patient coordinator. Keidy is great. My feelings from him is that over all I am in safe hands, he listens to my concerns and desires but my worry is does he have the skill to absolutely achieve what I want to accomplish. I guess I'm just still stuck on my first choice for rhinoplasty which was Ghavami. But his rates would cost me about $18,000-$20,000. I can't save that kind of money.
I have spoken to him and Keidy over the phone. He has a great wealth of knowledge in regards to rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. I chose to have an in-person consultation only because I made a huge mistake the first time around. I’m hoping all goes well with the consultation, and I can move forward with a revision.
