I had the privilege to have my breast augmentation and lift done by Dr. Krau at cosmetic surgery of Coral Gables this summer. I cannot believe not only how comfortable Dr. Krau made me but also simply how talented he is. My concern was the shape of my breasts and the youthful but natural identity I wanted to give them. Never in my life have I ever been more proud of myself. Dr. Krau is VERY experienced and proves that through his professionalism and perfection of his craft . My scarring is very minimal surprisingly due to my dark complexion and all I can think of is-... I hope I can get him specifically to redo my implants every 10yrs!! ???? I highly suggest the best - treat yourself to an life changing , confidence boosting experience with Dr. Krau.

I got an lift plus the implants because I wanted to have the same perky lift with out my bra. I look full but natural and my CC is 450.

Yes clinic is an busy office and are very direct - ("basically do you want the surgery or not ") type of place. My most comfortable time was actually meeting my surgeon. I instantly knew he was who I wanted. I suggest getting your after surgery sports bra (buttons up in the front ) from Walmart -it's overpriced at the office . Also be sure it's 2 sizes larger than what you are now. It's been 6 months after surgery for me now and yes you will still be sleeping on your back /or maybe your side . But don't rush the process ! Hope I could help .

Thanks so much -I believe we went over the muscle and implanted a 450 cc.
Which by the way after my six months I feel was a perfect decision . They're a perfect open handful size and according to Victoria's Secret I am a 32DDD which is still a medium size shirt .

I will be going to Cg Cosmetics also, my surgery date is February 9th.
What made you decide to go over the muscle? It has been suggested to me to choose under the muscle but worried about that because my job is strenuous

As long as you have no issues and are happy, you don't need to replace them every 10 years. That's an outdated suggestion. You might just have to come up with other excuses to visit Dr Krau again! Lol!
Yeah -that was the 1st cosmetic surgery of mine and he certainly opened the door of decision for me.
I hope that you see this before your surgery. Here's some suggestions
1. Have plenty of pillows you WILL NOT be sleeping flat on your back
The discomfort of the implant moving will assure you to sleep elevated .
2. Have plenty of water by the bed- your medications will make you thirsty /dry mouth .
3. Get a 2 size larger button up in the front after surgery bra that you'll want to take TO surgery in your bag. I found mine at Walmart for seven bucks!
4. DO NOT attempt to lift your arms in the arm for weeks . Remember that simple movement is using those same muscle and it will be uncomfortable -save yourself
5. Have someone on hand to depend on, you won't be driving for a bit.
6. You'll be able to shower after only a couple of days- use non scented sensitive soap-and do not get your bandages wet .
7. Listen to the doctor ! Don't take your bandages off before they're ready . Let them fall off naturally- just so you know mine were on for a month at least .
