I had my breast augmentation over 6 years ago and I am still so happy with my results to this day. My breasts were very saggy due to poor genetics and weight loss and I was constantly self-conscious about what type of bra I was going to wear to make them look good and stay perky for my age. Most of the other doctors I saw told me they would just do implants but Dr. Roudner said that the line where my nipples fell was far too low and that by doing implants I would just end up with larger saggier breasts, instead of more perky which is what I wanted. He told me to do a breast lift with smaller implants to give me my desired result. I was so thrilled with the outcome and even to this day people say they cannot tell that I have implants because they look so natural. I no longer have to worry about wearing a special bra to hold them up and I have many more options for wearing certain tops.

Several friends and clients and then his website. I went to Dr. Roudner after seeing several other top breast plastic surgeons for consultations. I was referred to him by several clients and friends to be the best breast doctor around. What impressed me what his countless amazing before and after photos and his reputation for specializing is basically only breasts and some lipo. Dr. Roudner, or Dr. "Boobner" as some call him is amazingly confident at his craft and as a warning, some may even get offended by his over-confidence and extreme bluntness. He doesn't have a warm/fuzzy bedside manner and if you are looking for a surgeon to hold your hand, this is not the one. I personally wanted the best and didn't care about having a nice guy...just someone who was going to give me the best results. His nurse was very nice and his office is conveniently located. He does most surgeries in the office under general anesthesia and he even has a private entrance/exit for after surgery discretion. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have beautiful a beautiful breasts done by an artist!

My pleasure, Beth! I am always happy to share my experience and help others in making their important decision. I am trying to think back on the implant type. I believe I had Mentor brand implants and it was around 350cc's. I started with a 34-C and now I have a 34-D. Hope this is helpful!
