More stuff they don't tell you ... Lol

WORTH IT$3,500
I haven't posted anything on here in a while since I've been out enjoying life with my girls and I don't think anyone really reads this but anyway... I am almost 4 months post op & all I can say is besides looking fabulous, they itch!! The bottom of my boobs are numb and they itch so bad!! It's the weirdest feeling trying to get relief when an area is numb. I was told the implant is pushing down on my nerves, hence the numbness & the itching is the nerves waking up. Thankfully, this is only suppose to last a few more weeks/months. If this happens to you, I find that moving the implant up for a bit helps A LOT!! :-)

Dr. Freiman is brief and to the point. He asks you what you want, tells you if it can be achieved and asks if you have any questions. He listens and if possible, gives you what you want (I'm happy with his work so far). Dr. Freiman is amicable and a true professional. His experience speaks for itself. I didn't see much of him before my BA & never saw him again after it. Surgery day was long but with everyone being so nice, it wasn't too bad. You don't get a lot of personalized attention at CGC. It's like a PS factory, but the price is right. I'm not complaining, just informing. I would go to him & recommend him to anyone for their BA.

Hows the aftermath pain. I have a girlfriend who did her 6 months ago n said its so painful that I Wong be able to do anything for about 2-3 weeks. Is it really that painful? I have a 9 month old at home so I'm really scared about that. I just hope she was exaggerating.
From what I heard, (b/c I barely remember anymore since I was in & out of sleep), I was in A LOT of pain immediately after surgery. I was asking for pain meds the minute my anesthesia wore off. Once meds kicked in, I made sure to take them as prescribed...I even set my cell phone alarm so I wouldn't forget. I was unable to lift my arms or even open my pill bottles for the first 2 days so I suggest comfortable clothing & help from a loved one! I'm not good with pain at all, but I survived. You've had a child so you should be good, I highly doubt it's worse than birth/c-section pain :-)
I'm so scared now. N on top of that I'm flying solo because nobody supports for my decision, but I'm not doing this for anyone but myself so I could care less. I just hope everything turn ou ok
Don't be scared...Personally, the first two days are the roughest, the rest are discomfort...once you get over those you'll be fine. Are you getting a nurse? Some assistance would be ideal. I didn't have any support from anyone so I paid for a friends ticket to come down & babysit me & I'm happy I did...
YAY. IM IN BOOBLAND GIRLFRIEND, N I COULDNT FEEL ANY BETTER. WENT WITH 375cc silicone but wish I could've went bigger now that I see it. But I'm only 4'11" so I guess this is ok. I just feel sore n pressure, but it's nothing I can't bare. MY CONFIDENCE IS BACK!!!
So happy for you!!! Wishing you a very speedy recovery!! :-)
Thx girl. You too. Also, have u started the massage technique yet? N did they show u, or was it something you had to look up
good to know! There's a lot of new things I'm sure will freak me out in the coming months... good to get some idea from someone who's been there :)
Yeah...besides the MANY different looks you'll probably go through, the numb/itchiness is the weirdest thing! Take lots of pictures so you can see your progress. Best of luck!
Thanks for the tip! I'm about 7 weeks post op right now and sometimes I get itching/burning nerve pain around my nipple and underboob. Dang nerves! I'm happy you're still updating and enjoying life with the new girls. :)
Thank you so much for sharing your story, you have no idea how much better I feel after reading and seeing your progress!!!! I just got my Ba done Dec 1st 375/400 silicone and I'm having the same issues you had and I was so worried until I saw your pics!!!! I'm boobs look exactly like yours at 2 weeks...hope they look as good as yours at 4 weeks!!! :)

Bra shopping...

Went 'real' bra shopping for the first time since my surgery. I've been wearing my sports bras religiously since my BA and I thought it would be fun to finally see the girls in one. WELL, I went into VS and got measured...the girl said I was a 32 DD...that's right, DOUBLE D! So I didn't believe her, grabbed a 34 D and assuming even that was big, I headed to the fitting room. There was another associate there so I asked her to measure me (as if I didn't just get measured lol) and she said the same thing, 32 DD or even DDD. I thought to myself, these girls have lost their minds & I tried squeezing myself into a 34 D -_- it didn't work...these things were not having it! Needless to say, here I am now at home staring at my new 32DDD bras in disbelief!! I feel so top heavy now. This overnight big boob thing definitely brings on a strange feeling...or is it just me?

How long did you have to stay out there? I'm flying from phoenix n have to get back to my kids ASAP. Thx
If I recall correctly, I stayed 6 days. I was up and about after the 3rd day & I probably could have gone back home at about day 4/5 but I planned for the extra time just to be sure. I don't do well with pain but besides immediately following surgery , it was bearable.
OK. Well I booked my flight already.I'm scheduled for consult wed. The 22nd,n surgery this Thursday the 23rd. N she said I could leave that Friday after my post op checkup, but I'm leaving Saturday. I'm flying solo,so I wanna rest up all day Friday.

Take pics!!!

I'm at week 5 post op & I'm happier than ever with my girls! I suggest anyone that gets a BA take progress pics! I take mine every Friday evening & I store them in a folder in my phone. It's nice to see the changes/progress.

I've actually made a comparison pic of my wish pic and myself currently. The pic could be better (sorry) but I'm the one holding the camera phone so it looks a bit lopsided and I still have some more dropping to do.
