During the consult we decided on the periariolar...
During the consult we decided on the periariolar approach however right before surgery I was surprised he asked me which way I wanted. I didn't know how to answer that. I thought he knew best. I asked if they used a Keller funnel and they don't so I decided to go through the breast fold. He said this is a good choice. He may have just wanted more time for the rhinoplasty. My breasts look great so far and I'll do my best to keep the scar invisible.

He has a fantastic reputation for rhinoplasty and breast augmentation which is a rare find in south Florida. I did both so I chose him. I would recommend that you go through is private practice which costs more. I went through CG Cosmetic which was a mistake.
