wish I had smaller implants
Still very satisfied with how the surgery was done. Big compliment for doc's surgical skills. The only one regret is size. I originally wanted to do 250cc - max 275 cc but was talked into 350 cc. I feel bulky and I strongly believe smaller implants would look/feel better. I was told my ribcage is too wide for smaller implants. That might be true for implant diameter but I feel we could go smaller on projection. I am considering replacing for smaller implants. Will I need lift as well? ( my breast is not saggy with current implant)
3 weeks post op
I like how natural they look. They are soft now and the implants are barely palpated. I would't never believe I'll say that but at this point, when the swelling is gone, I do say that : " I wish I went a little bigger!!"

I love the results so far ! Lots of swelling is gone and I am getting used to my size. I really like how the doctor fixed assymetry I had before the surgery . I also like how low the implants were put . This placement makes them look very natural even at such early stages of the recovery.
