CoolSculpting was Worth It for Me!

This is the 12 weeks results for stomach and sides. This was after one session. I did 4 applicators on stomach and 2 on the sides. I was very happy with the results and will do it again in the future.

I went for a CoolSculpting evaluation in June. I had some concerns because I have any umbilical hernia. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained in detail on how we can avoid the hernia. I decided to do six areas. 2 on flanks and 4 on lower abdomen. I started with the flanks first and 2 weeks later, did the lower abdomen to avoid hernia. Both procedures were tolerable. The worst part was the z wave massage for me. Felt like a jackhammer and it was very tender. Afterwards not much pain on my flanks but felt like I had a sunburn for a few days. My stomach was definitely more sore and tender. It was more swollen and was numb for 2-3 weeks. If I had my stomach done first, not sure I would have done my flanks. Lol. I started seeing results about the 4-5 week mark on both. The before and after is currently 8 weeks out from flanks and 6 weeks out from stomach. I am thrilled so far. Would definitely recommend.
