Losing fat, seeing indents
Noticing as I’m losing body fat, I see “dimples” or indents where I got coolsculpting done. It’s very subtle but still... I massage my tummy everyday, do ab workouts but as I’m shedding weight, I see the dimpling.

Coolsculpting Treatment Review
Decided to get coolsculpting around 8 months postpartum. I felt the need to do something extra that wasn’t invasive and had low risk complications. Love my results after 1 session. Great facility and staff.
Coolsculpting has given me that extra kick in the butt to workout harder, continue eating well along with drinking more water. I notice more definition and the healing process is quite easy. Had very minimal itchiness and redness, the bloat afterward isn’t very bad and went away around two weeks. A little numbing in the lower ab still but so far so good.

I am! I healed quite fast and love my results with just 1 session. I was swollen and red for a week and numbness lasted about 4 weeks and soreness lasted 2 weeks. The procedure and healing process didn’t get in the way of taking care of my baby which is great! I am debating on going back for a 2nd session, bc it’s pricy, I’m having mommy guilt bc money can go to the baby and not me, right? I’m waiting the full 4 months from the first session to see true results. I want to lose at least 5-10lbs before thinking about going back for a 2nd session. I do notice nice contour of my obliques which is definitely from coolsculpting and not regular working out and eating well.
