Can’t Wait to See

Looks pretty gruesome. Feeling some discomfort but it looks worse than it feels. I can go about regular activities. Already write about day after just wanted to add updated bruise pics and you have to have a minimum of 200 words to post.

Got this done yesterday. It was somewhat painful as I expected based on reviews. The after massage is where the real pain comes in, but it’s a 2 minute massage, so just grin & bare it. I have a fair amount of brushing. One arm looks like I got hurt, & my belly is spotted with some bruising here & there. My belly feels weird to me like squishy & probably because it’s swollen & still feels numb on upper layers. I did compress it yesterday but I think it feels better not compressed. I keep on massaging the areas to make sure I get good results. Just sitting there is no longer any pain, but it hurts to touch or if I suck in my stomach.

I get my first treatment tomorrow so I don’t have much to report, other than the consultation was very informative & the woman I met with was very personable. I am getting my belly done (above & below belly button), & my flabby arms.
