The experience of actually receiving the treatment was pleasant and everyone there was extremely friendly. They 100% do not stand by their guarantee. Even if you measure the same as you did before, they go by how you look. So if you they say they see a difference when there is no difference and you measure the same you do NOT get a re-treatment or guarantee.
