I’m 4’11”, 104 lbs. I’m petite but I’ve always been insecured with my thighs, which is larger than they should be with my size :) I’m active, normally eats healthy and regularly exercise. But no matter what workout I do, I can’t slim down my thighs, but instead grew bigger with workout, I guess I gained muscles there which make them look bigger.
So last week, I decided to try coolsculpting. I did for my inner and outer thighs. The procedure is not painful at all. There is slight discomfort as the applicator sucks in to my skin, then went numb and didn’t feel anything at all.
Day 1 - After the procedure, I went home and did light cycling. No pain. Feels numb on the thigh area.
Day 2 - I did kick boxing. No problem. Still numb. No pain.
Day 3 to 4 - Numb, no pain
Day 5 to 6 - felt tingling, slight pain. It is tolerable. No need to take pain meds. Although I woke up one in a while at night and felt the pin and needles as other people call it.
Will update again....
