CS was 'Worth It' for me

WORTH IT$5,000
I don't know why the site will not let me update and/or save any changes to my posted reviews. For some reason my review on my treatment is stuck on 'not sure', and no matter what I do to edit or update the post, the site will not allow me to save any changes. After experiencing the treatment, going through the right-after-treatment side effects, and now seeing the final results: hands down, I think CS worked for me and was totally worth it, and I am planning to have a few more areas treated as well. Whenever my budget allows that to happen, I will post again on here as well. Thank you all for your comments and I am glad my reviews and pictures were helpful to you :)

Thank you for your updates! We have similiar body shape and I'm one week in from lower ab treatment. I'm going to do front and back "flanks" in the next couple of weeks. Becuase this is a slow process, it's so hard of remember to be patient! But I'm trying to be postitive. Pictures and progress reports like yours keep me hopeful!
Yes, it's slow, but steady. I honestly didn't feel like much changed, especially looking at/poking my treatment areas every day, but the measurements and going down a clothing size do not lie! I saw and felt the most improvement in my lower abs/pot belly. The first four weeks feel the most disappointing and agonizing that you just wasted money because of the swelling. Just hang in there, for me after the 4-5 week mark is when the results really started showing and could be felt, which was a huge relief!
I'm getting my arms done tomorrow! Thanks for you're helpful post!
I want to get my upper arms done, too. I carry a lot of weight there, and very asymmetrical, too. My right side overall on my body has more fat deposits than the left. Good luck with your treatment!
My dear how is your arms? My CS appointment is next week......thank you!
I'd like to know too!!
You look fantastic
Congrats on your results. I had a similar positive experience after just one treatment as well on my lower abdomen between belly button and C-section scar. Losing weight seems to come from all the wrong places (my curves) so I've decided to try cool sculpting a couple more times. It really has worked for me! And I enjoyed reading your updates!
we are looking into using laser lipo. Google and check out the results. It costs around 6k for a stomach area back and sides. The price depends on how much fat is removed.

14 weeks post CS treatments

Sorry for the late update. Exactly at the 12 week mark I got my period, and soon after a stomach virus. I was ridiculously bloated, so I waited until everything cleared up so I can take truthful pics and measurements. I am so happy that I did these treatments, they absolutely worked for me. Because my results were better than I was expecting, I am already planning and budgeting to get a couple more areas treated. I would like to get my lower abs done one more time, and now that my waist has slimmed down from where my back/flanks were treated, I feel like my actual muffin top area that is right at the waistband of my undergarments needs to be smoothed down. I also would like to do my inner/upper thighs and my upper arms. I guess I’m addicted now that I have proof Cool Sculpting truly does work. If you are trying to decide between this and liposuction, I love that for me, there was no down-time and almost no discomfort at all, the procedure is non-invasive (no danger of scars and/or infection), and that the results came out even and smooth. For the last month in May I was so busy running around helping prep for a wedding that I did not stick to a regular work-out or massaging routine, and yet my measurements still went down, yay! All in all, I lost two inches in my waistline and three inches in my potbelly. I did not lose any weight, I still weigh 134 lbs. Cool Sculpting does not help you to lose weight, but because my weight did not change, it is proof that the reason my measurements went down is all because of the CS treatments. Please see my measurements below, and I hope you have found my updates and pics helpful :)
Pre-Treatment Measurements 3/9/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 30”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 38”
Measurements 4/7/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 29”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 37”
Measurements 5/5/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 29”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 36”
Final Result Measurements 6/17/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 28”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 35”

Okay how amazing. You looks great. . We almost have the identical measurements! I started seeing results at 6 weeks and have lost about 1.5 inches in my biggest part of my lower waist (from a 36.5 to a 34). I am really hoping I lose more. Did you seen any more changes around the three month mark? That's when I have heard a lot happens. I am on week 8.
I'd love to hear how you felt at 5 weeks? I see a little change but not much so still not sure if it was worth it. I'm happy to hear your seeing great results.. I wonder where the fat goes if one doesn't loose weight but loose incehes right?
Heading into week nine and I have lost another half inch off my stomach below my belly button. Now at 33 inches. I feel like this week has been huge as far as progress. And I have gained a couple pounds but still feel great.
I still felt pretty swollen around 4-5 weeks, even though my measurements went down. I could really start to see and feel results around 8 weeks and on. Fat 'weighs' less than muscle - it is less dense than muscle. Seeing a lb of fat next to a lb of muscle, the fat lump is way bigger. For me, every time I have slimmed down and 'lost weight', the scale barely budges, but my measurements will go down. Supposedly, about 20% of the fat cells are destroyed with CS, and leaves your body like most 'waste' products, by going to the bathroom. So, enough fat gets destroyed to lose inches, but not enough to make a big weight difference. I'm happy regardless with the resulting measurements, no matter what I weigh on the scale! Good luck to you on your treatment :)
Wow, this is great and you look great, it gives me great hope, I did CS two weeks ago. I too am taking the measurements approach, and mine are almost identical to yours within one inch to start with. I did the same areas and they are still tender to the touch and a bit numb, but it gets better every couple of days.
My doc put 4 medium/small in the shape of a diamond around my belly button vs. the big applicator. I AM SUPER CURIOUS, have you lost any weight? or are you still 134? (I am 133lbs ) I know it is not meant to lose weight, but I wonder if people start working out like crazy and eating better and that is the result vs. the CS itself?
Where did you have it done?
Did your treatment tighten your skin? I'm worried if I lose any more fat on my stomach my skin will sag.

8 Weeks post Cool Sculpting Procedure

Hello again, I hope everyone had a fun & safe Cinco de Mayo! I’m posting my ‘Eight Weeks After’ update today. I have to say at this point I am really feeling a big difference in the fit of my clothes. All of my size 8 pants are now feeling to loose and frumpy on my, and I am back to wearing my size 6 pants, which fit amazing again. Best of all, not only am I fitting back into my old size 6 garments, but they have never fit better, as now they no longer give me muffin top (which I had even when I did ‘fit’ into them previously). I definitely feel like getting Cool Sculpting was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself, and I do not regret anything about it. I am actually so impressed with the results thus far that I am already budgeting to get a couple more areas done in the future. I re-measured, and although I haven’t lost anything more in the waist, my love handle/pot-belly area shed another inch. At the twelve week mark I’m hoping to see that area go down another inch when the max results are to be expected. I was very happy to see that, as for the past two weeks I have been traveling a lot and have not been eating the best, have only had one day to work-out, and only two days at home to do my self-massage. So, despite not keeping up my routine for two weeks, the treatment still helped me shed another inch :)
Measurements 3/9/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 30”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 38”
Measurements 4/7/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 29”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 37”
Measurements 5/5/17:
Natural Waist (narrowest part) - 29”
Lower Waist (widest part at love handles/potbelly area) – 36”

Thanks for taking the time to post your experience. Definitely seems like it was worth it for you. The 4 treatments added up to $4,000.00? I noticed you said a total of $5,000.00?
You look great!!!! Im at 2 weeks post op and I'm impatient lol
Thank you :) It was very hard not to scrutinize all my treatment areas every single day in front of my full length mirror! The changes are very gradual, it's very hard to be patient. However, it was nice that the change happened over time. People kept commenting to me on how slim I looked and what diet I was on to lose weight - so everyone thought the change was natural and did not judge/get catty with me for doing this. Plus, it was proof that other people were seeing results, even if I was feeling really critical about myself.
I love how you put the before and after pics. 2" loss is huge! Congrats!
Thank you :) I am super happy with my final results, and am pleasantly surprised to see how much my measurements improved, it was way more than I was expecting!
When did you start to see results and was it overnight or just gradual? In week three and really getting anxious.
Sorry, wasn't notified there were any comments on my posts. I started seeing and feeling results around the four week mark. The changes are so gradual that even though I felt my clothing getting looser and looser, I didn't notice any changes until I did my measurements and compared pics. It is worth the wait to see the results!
Yes, with all the fees and taxes, the total came out close to 5 grand. I paid full price at a doctor's office. At medical spas they usually do packages/discounts, but I just didn't trust the staff at the few I had consults at, especially that non were doctors. I went with paying full price with a knowledgeable and experienced doctor, than some 20-yr old 'aesthetician' that works on commission and tries to make you feel more hideous and sell you a bunch of extra garbage you don't need that are totally unrelated to what you are getting a consultation on.
