Would Not Do Again at the Cost

I had a nice experience overall with the spa, and saw some improvement where treated. However, the first massage was very painful, and I paid $4k for 16 treatments, which was on sale, but still it only resulted in relatively minimal results for my abdomen. GLP-1, which I eventually did, was way more effective. That said, I was not mad about doing it. I researched it before and was desperate to see some positive progress. As one small step in a larger health journey seeing some improvement motivated me toward later steps that helped much more. So if you really want to do it then do it. If it was much cheaper (like 1/4), I would consider doing it again.

Additional details, exhaggerated photos

From Sep 2022 to Apr 2023 I had multiple treatments, but only lost up to 6 pounds based on actual weigh-in. I spent roughly half as much money in the second half of 2023 for GLP-1 meds and appointments with various doctors/spas, and lost 50 lbs. So while I am thankful for the welcoming experience of the spa, and the little nudge of motivation from seeing something happen, I cannot recommend it at the cost. The before and after photos the CoolSculpting provider released to me seem more dramatic than the real weight loss. The clinic sent me only selected photos after taking several. It is pretty obvious they used one of the ones where they asked me to suck my belly in for an after photo. I do not know if they are intentionally trying to mislead people with that tactic (hopefully not, maybe not), but I want to be clear my actual weight loss was under 6 pounds so do not get your hopes up with these photos.
