Hoping for the Best

I'll be honest... I moved, started a new job and then had to work from home due to covid-19. Soooo I have not worked out in weeks. I feel if I had done that, my results would have been even better. But I do see a difference anyway. Still have slight numbness on and off but nothing really noticeable unless I massage area. See pics

Well, I'll be honest. I was moving the last two weeks and I haven't been doing usual activity or eating well. But appear to have not changed size from last update. Still have tiny bit soreness on and off but it feels like I did alot of situps so not distressing at all. I still massage when I feel sore. Despite my lack of activity, things seem to be changing.
