Pictures didn’t upload. It’s been almost 4 months since my procedure. Overall I say it is worth it but the results won’t be major. I do feel like another round is needed on my arms. I think for the price it would be better to just have gotten regular Lipo.

ORIGINAL POST

CoolSculpting Flanks, Abdomen, Arms

I went back and forth about CoolSculpting for quite some time because of the mixed reviews but I thought I would give it a try. I got the upper and lower abdomen and my flanks, then the next day we did my upper arms. I am one day post and right now just very swollen.. I’m kind of worried but I hope it was worth it. The procedure is just like all of the reviews. They suction on to the area of fat and then it’s extremely uncomfortable for a few minutes and then you go numb. It wasn’t painful at all. The worst part is as soon as they take the machine off and you burn. It goes away after a few minutes as well. One day post up I’m slightly sore mostly in the upper abdomen. I did get the diarrhea they warned. It lasted only a few hours. I felt a little nauseous after the arm treatment. So far I would go through it again. I’m just hoping the results are good for the price. I see a lot of other reviews of people paying what I did for multiple sessions. The person that did my procedure in Bethesda was super nice I loved her though. I recommend that office.

I just had some stubborn areas that just won’t budge.

Thanks for sharing your experience so far! Please keep us posted as you continue to recovery!

I’m excited to see your results. I had my arms done 9 days ago and it was not painful the after is sometimes annoying for me because I have a lot of itching , numbness and pins and needling feelings and when I scratching because the area is numb I don’t feel it. Next I plan to do my waist and lower abdomen. I’m remaining hopeful that I will see results. I paid for 2 rounds ( the place I went to had a new year discount) so the next one will be in 30 days. Looking forward to my results. Can’t wait to see your updates as well.
You must be cautious. PAH is much more common than “they” tell you. I know -and so do hundreds of thousands of others
