It’s been a week since I’ve had Cool Sculpting treatments. The swelling is coming down but it’s still there. I have been wearing Spanx as a compression garment. My stomach is slightly numb and really tender to the touch (Tylenol helps with the achy feeling). I have been to the gym 3 times to sweat. I have noticed I have to go to urinate more frequently. (I’ve heard that’s a good sign.) From time to time I have felt a stabbing sensation and itching. (Also good signs according to women with successful Cool Sculpting experiences.) I’ll keep you all posted on my progress.

Day 1 After
My abdomen is very tender and sore. Not to mention very swollen. I went and purchased a pair of Spanx high waisted shorts that stop right under my bra. I can say the shorts did help with some of my discomfort today. I did go to the gym only to sit in the sauna to get the elimination process started. I have noticed that have been taking very frequent trip to the bathroom. I’ve read reviews from other RS users this is very common. Well until next time! ????????

I finally went through with Cool Sculpting!!
I’m an active mother of two and I’ve tried everything to lose this stubborn belly fat. Soooo after way too many appointments, looking at results on RS, and websites I decided to go through with my decision. I choose Sheer sculpt in Chadds Ford, PA for a few reasons. The first reason was because they were honest with me!!! I was tired of going to appointments and just wanted to know how much the facility charged per cycle. Sheer Sculpt was the only place to give me a price point over the phone and they took money off the treatment by taking a quiz online. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I received 3 cycles on my abdomen. The first cycle was at the bottom of my abdomen was a little uncomfortable but bearable. The last 2 were place towards the top of my abdomen. THESE TWO FELT EXTREMELY CRAMPY!! I had to remember why I was there in the beginning (to get rid of this stubborn fat) and I kept myself occupied by singing all the songs to Mama Mia (which was my movie of choice). The kneading after each cycle was uncomfortable yet bearable and very necessary to flatten the bulges after the machine was removed. So all in all it wasn’t a bad experience. Hopefully I see the results that I’m seeking and I wouldn’t mind additional cycles. I will post pictures in a few weeks to show before and after. (I have to get the pictures from Sheer sculpt ????)
