CoolSculpting didn't work on my chin

They tried CoolSculpting on my chin but it didn't work they had to stop the process I only had it for about 15 minutes as the machine kept turning off, now my problem is that it left me with dark marks two months have passed and they don't go away it looks like pigmentation.

I did SculpSure on my abdomen and have fabulous results. Maybe you can check/look into chin results? As for the CoolSculpting maybe since their machine was going haywire you can see if they would cover laser treatments or suggest something to help with the pigmentation issues. Just some ideas. My arms also have a slight pigmentation after the CoolSculpting session 4 years ago.
I'm sorry this happened to you. How is your skin now? Have the darkened areas faded?
