Cooltech
I had cooltech done 3 days ago.
I'm a personal trainer I've always eaten well I've had one child before I had the child I always had a pooch, that no matter what diet or exercise I'm on I couldn't get rid of. I had cooltech done in my local area for £300 for 70 minutes.
First of all when he put the applicator on me he chose a big one for my area, the first 10 to 50 minutes it felt like my skin was burning as I guess that is frostbite because it went to -8. It was a weird Sensation but nothing I couldn't handle. Then it kind of went numb but throughout the 70 minutes I had twinges. When he took the applicator off that part I didn't feel anything and who he started to massage and he said there be slight discomfort but on a pain rating from 1 to 10 I'd say it was 9.5 but the pain was like my skin was on fire.. then he walked out the room and for about 10 or 12 minutes my skin was still burning but that didn't last I laid there for about half an hour afterwards and I felt fine I could stand up and I wasn't in any pain at all, I felt the area of my lower abdomen and it felt numb is all.
He told me that it will be painful the next day and quite sore, but to be honest I didn't really feel anything it was quite bloated and if you was to touch it it would just feel a bit bruised. 3 days on and the swelling has gone down significantly and it was a bit bruised but I'll be able to go back to the gym tomorrow I just won't do any stomach exercises for now, but I feel absolutely fine.
I've taken pictures of before the procedure and 3 days after.. already I am noticing difference as in I had a cesarean and my Billy would always hangover my scar, but it looks as though it's not hanging as much and it's only day 3.
I will post more pictures as time and week goes on.
I'm hoping it's worth it and at the moment I am positive, if I had to I probably do it again as I don't really mind pain and I have a strong pain threshold and I am a bit strange and I am kind of in a way not saying it's good but addicted to surgery , addicted to the experience and the excitement of knowing you're going to have something different not the actual surgery itself, that making yourself feel and look better.
