After two c sections I was very fit but my clothes would not fit in my abdominal area. I did two sessions of coolscupting three months part and continued to see results about 6 months after the second session. I’m 48, 5 ft 8 and about 130 lbs now. My clothes fit again and I don’t regret doing it. I work out a lot and coolscupting finally did I he last push to get rid of the belly fat. It cost me about 3500.00.

Wow, you are my fitspiration! I work out 5 times a week and walk to work a mile each way at 33 with no kids (5'6 and 122 lbs) and still have quite a ways to go to look as fit as you. Your review definitely made me more likely to consider a few coolsculpting sessions for the small layer of stubborn lower abs. Were the procedures very painful?

I didn’t think it was that bad. I still totally think it was worth it. o much more Hppy with my lower body and the joy of having my clothes fit well.

I’ll add that I did four small applicators on the abs the first session and two small ones the second time to really take care of it. sore for. few days but not overly so. I avoided ibuprofen since I was told that may interfere with results. I was
