In the end it seems this procedure was a waste of money. I was hopeful at first, but in the long run had no noticeable changes. I still don't have feelings on my lower abs (can't feel it if I scratch that area) and have a weird red scar which was never there before.
Not sure how my review ended up for a Dr in Alabama... I went to a MedSpa in California.

No big changes. Still at around an inch lost, but that fluctuates based on the day. No changes in how clothes fit.
Fingers crossed there is more to come!

How are your results now? What about your doctor? Would you recommend him and is he a dentist our surgeon? Happy healing and thanks for sharing.

I had coolsculpting done in April on my tummy (one under belly button, one of each side of belly button), I feel like I saw little results but then recently I used an FDA registered HGH gel that has helped me actually lose the last few pounds and helped me tone up more than the coolsculpting. The gel is overall cheaper too and has so many more benefits. Wished I knew about the gel and I saved my $ on coolsculpting

I'm on my 2nd treatment and have one more to go.. I was scheduled for first treatment and then it was cancelled disrupting my whole work schedule. SO THEY gave me 4 skin tightening treatments for free for afterwards as they say its needed after coolsculpting..Not something I was told when I signed up ..so far very disappointed..$7000 later wish I hadn't wasted that kind of money could have put it towards my breast implants as I have a rupture in those as well... just disappointed

It's been four weeks. Not huge changes, but I'm done an inch and a half. Can't really see it much and I wear scrubs at work, so it's not noticeable in the way my clothes fit. I haven't made any changes to my diet or exercise routine, if anything I've exercised less cause life has been super busy this month (work full time, school, single mom). In the fifth picture I posted today (sorry it's so ugly!), it looks like my stretch marks are more obvious than they were before. I think my lower abdomen is somewhat deflating, the skin isn't stretched out as much anymore.
