So far it seems like it has worked. Ive noticed that some fat has decreased. I’ll know more probably in couple months. I had several treatments at one appointment. The service was about 3 hours total. The pain wasn’t very painful. Only thing that bothered me was when the she placed the paddles onto my stomach, intense cold until the coldness made it numb, then it was fine afterwards. It took a couple weeks for the swelling and numbness to go away.
About a year and half ago, I was 300 lbs, now I’m 200.

I used the home cool sculpting system that they offer online. which is a thick belt where you insert the ice packs and put them on wherever you want to reduce fat. I know that it works because in the past I did this method to get rid of my buldging belly. After 2-3 months I seen a drastic change. I have now been doing it for almost 7 weeks now and I dropped 8 pounds. Has to be the ice packs because my diet is normal no drastic change accept I eat very little carbs. but mostly the appearance of my waist looks totally different.

Im not sure if I am very impressed for 5 months out, I see a little change, but I am not sure its enough to justify the time and money spent.

It's hard to tell from the photos because you seem to have a bit of excess skin which makes it hard to guage. Plus, did you lose weight as well beyond the results of coolsculpting?

I did lose about 75 lbs before the cool sculpting and probably lost another 20 after. I was just hoping that the procedure would have shaped the stomach more evenly. Maybe it needs more treatment for that.
