I just wanted to give an update. Dr. O and her team did reach out to me privately and they apologized for my first experience at Radiant Reflections. They were very nice and sincere. I ended up going back for a follow-up and the experience could not have been better. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I will be returning for future services.
Cool Mini for Chin
I have been researching Coolsculpting (cool mini) for months and I finally decided to get it done. I chose Radiant Reflections over another place in town, which I am now regretting. From everyone’s experience I’ve seen online, there was a 6-week check in to see your results, followed by the final 12-week check in. Some people even got goody bags and loads of information. I had to ask when I need to come back and they said 12 weeks. And the only information I got was if I knew what questions to ask, so I’m glad I did some research.
However, the frustration happened as soon as I walked in the door. No one was at the front desk. I stood and waited as long as I could without ringing the bell. I finally decided to ring it. No one came. About 3 minutes later, I rang it again and once again no one came. I was eager to get this done, so I sat on the couch. 10 more minutes passed and NO ONE came. I had been there about 25 min and did not see one person. Finally, someone came out who was finishing up with a patient and said “I’m sorry, I hope you having been waiting long, we are short staffed”. I said it was fine because I took off work to get this done. I understand she couldn’t help me, because she was with someone else. The lady who helped me was nice but she forgot to take my before pictures, so she took them after the procedure. The machine made an error while my chin was sucked in the cool mini and I sat there for too long waiting for it to be fixed. It finally started working and while I was hooked up, she said I forgot to get you to sign the consent forms. So, while this thing is stuck to my chin, she brought the tablet in and I signed something I couldn’t even read.
I had the cool mini done of both sides of my chin and cost almost $2000. I would have liked my time there to have been a little better. It really is the little things. I think I’ll go to another place and talk to them if I decide to have another procedure.
