The most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a medical clinic. Doctor didn’t see me at any time of the consultation, procedure and post-op. After bringing forward issues related to my care during the case, she dismissed the situation via a letter, saying that the informed consent I signed, as well as the 20 hour course her employee had completed covered her against any poor outcomes. Now she has had her lawyers send me a letter to try and bully me into removing the negative reviews I have left online, after I told her I was going to pursue legal complaints. Avoid this clinic!!!

Don't remove anything! You have a right to your own opinion. I hope you get some recourse and I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. To be honest, I haven't really seen any great results with cool sculpting and I'm glad in the end I didn't choose to do that. I think it's most likely a waste of money. But be thankful you didn't end up with that horrible PAH!

Thanks for the support. I plan on doing everything I can to ensure these types of exploits are held in check. There should be integrity within healthcare. Lastly, people that have poor outcomes should be able to share the experiences to help others avoid a similar fate.
