Hello all! I did do a second treatment on my arms and I am super thrilled at my results! Here are pics I just took today! I highly recommend coolsculpting on your arms. Make sure you do our research and pic a quality/qualified technician with the newest equipment. As for me, I went to Lacie Stills at Pensacola Physical Medicine. Tell her Katie D sent you! Do you recommend two treatments to really see a difference? I don’t have large arms just some stubborn fat that make sure me hate them. I got one session done I’m not sure if I see a difference but how long did you wait until you got a second treatment?
The second treatment hit the back pocket of fat (think where tricep meets your armpit and the fat that flops over your bra, if you have any
What was your measurement after the second treatment?
11” both arms!!!!! My arms look fabulous. I’ll def do my lower abs once I save money again!

Nope! I mean my arms were sore/tender but nothing crazy.

7 weeks post treatment

Coolsculpting totally worked for my arms. My tech said smaller areas like the arms are much more drastic of a change. An she was right. I think I’ll do one more treatment to have my “dream arms” like when I was in my 20’s (haha!)

Update 6 weeks post treatment pics. My right arm is down from 13.5” to 12” and my left from 13” to 11.5”
