Very Disappointed
I have always taken care of my body by going to the gym regularly so when I started putting on the pounds probably due to age, perimenopause, hormone changes, I thought I could handle it by just going to the gym more! I ultimately ended up with a knee injury and had to have surgery. Anyway between age and injury I made the decision to have Cool Sculpting. I had actually been wanting it for a long time just for arms and inner thighs as those were just really stubborn areas on me so for probably 2 YEARS I entered Cool Sculpting's weekly enter to win a free session, lol, I reallyyy wanted it, but couldn't afford it, so, yes, it was a dream of mine. Also, being a long time gym member, I was NOT going to "cheat" and get a Tummy Tuck, but, now, my stomach along with the inner thigh, bra fat and of course the arms, which by then I was over being concerned with because the stomach and bra area had just totally taken over my thoughts and were depleting my self confidence, so I got a credit card and shopped around for different spas. My main questions were price and procedure questions. I ended up having a consultation at a spa in Dallas, totally loved the people there and was EXTREMELY excited that I was finally going to get this done! I agreed to their $4000.00 special .... x2.... because I REALLY wanted it to work and 2 sessions felt like a guarantee for results. I knew that it would be 14- 25% reduction of fat.... I went faithfully, followed instructions faithfully. The spa had a great Tech the first time, but the next time I went they had a new person in his place. She was not experienced at all and it was very obvious, but I was patient and actually had to cut the visit short because the Tech just had me so uncomfortable. They understood and I rescheduled.
The next time yet another Tech.
Anyway, to cut to the chase, 1 year later and my stomach area is actually larger, almost bloated than it was before.
Very disappointed. Never got asked how it was. Never got new measurements or after pics. I did not say anything even though I went back for Botox and face serum because I figured I just needed to be patient and wait for results.
You should see my calender, I literally had 4 week, 8 week, and 2 month mark referencing every area I got done so that I would have something to look forward to after spending all that money. I do not recommend it and am disappointed in my spa. Now I am paying $8000.00 for nothing and self esteem is the lowest it's ever been.
I'll keep hitting the gym but now am researching Lipo for the stomach area.
Don't recommend it Cool Sculpting at all.
