Cool Peel second session

This time I opted for the exosomes made from Wharton Jelly, which seemed disgusting as a concept but I was desperate to avoid tne 24 hours of aquaphor post treatment which is standard practice. We went to a 7 on tne depth of tne laser , first time war 5. Pain was the same during treatment, but the healing was maybe one day this time. The exosomes cost $300 - not cheap. Totally worth it. I’m still pink on day 6, but compared to the first time it’s so so much better and faster healing. The fine lines under my eyes are slowly being treated and I am pribably going to do the third treatment in four weeks. I’ll post pics at that time.

Not Sure Yet

im 46 and have some fine lines under my eyes, around my upper lip and neck. i opted for this after reading about it and had my first treatment in april four weeks ago. second one is next week . The numbing gel was disgusting, and made me feel sort of lightheaded as i've always been sensitive to numbing agents especially novocaine at the dentist. She offered me nitrous but i was afraid to kill brain cells lol. The laser itself sucked and felt like a hot tack being inserted all over my face, leaving a trail of burning flesh behind it. she would cool it with a compress before moving onto the next area. took ten min in the chair after the gel numbed for 25. my face was super inflamed afterwards and swollen, i drove an hour home and sat on my covered porch just sort of feeling like i had covid or something because i was so run down. Second day still red, swollen, the aquaphor was gross and i was allowed to finally wash it off after 24 hours. Face felt awful but day 3, swelling came down a little. Day 4 I had a mammogram and i looked horrid in the hospital mirrors. Day 7 I went back to work looking sunburnt and i will say the swelling covered my undereye circles so no need for makeup that day. Fast forward- two weeks later and my face looked worse, just fried and crackled, damaged. I did more research and the collagen takes six to eight mos to fully rebuild so im just seeing the aftermath of the damage. I looked good last week but my crepiness under my eyes is the same. so. I am committed to the second treatment, im not going to do the third bc im traveling and also i cant afford 2k right now. its 1500 or so for the two. if i like it ill do it again next year? I didnt wear sunscreen until age 35 or so so this is me trying to strip it down and start over.
