Consultation review: didn't ask 1 question about what I was looking for

Never had a consultation where the Dr does not ask ONE question about what you're looking for (face) but instead pushes an unsolicited weight loss fad (Ozempic - without even asking if I had any medical condition that could interfere, and telling me to "go on the internet to find a Dr that would prescribe"!...shady much? Also did not ask if I wanted to lose weight, telling me diet and exercise don't work!!). Then he proceeded to tell me how he tried this new skin rejuvenation technique (finally we're talking about something remotely linked to what I wanted) on his 60-year-old male assistant (I am a 40-year-old female of different ethnic background)... how is that relevant?? Next call I got was an assistant calling me to detail a quote. ...I ran the other way!!
